This document sets out all legal terms governing the use of the e8ee platform.

1.1 — Purpose of This Document

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the e8ee online gaming platform and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on e8ee.

2.1 — Age Requirement

All services on e8ee are available only to users aged 21 or above. By creating an account, the user confirms they are at least 21 years old. e8ee reserves the right to verify age and may request a valid government-issued ID if needed. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

2.2 — One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person or household to operate multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found to exist, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 — Accuracy of Information & Security

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on e8ee are processed through approved payment methods.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on e8ee is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Only deposits made from a payment account registered in the user's own name are accepted.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made:

Account verification must be completed.
The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
There must be no active investigation or restriction on the account.

3.3 — Fraud Prevention

e8ee reserves the right to review any suspicious transaction. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified. Records of all transactions are kept and will be produced when required.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and offers on e8ee are provided subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will add the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed to complete the wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.2 — General Rules for Using Bonuses

Each bonus offer must be claimed within its specified validity period.
To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements must be met.
Bonus funds cannot be converted directly into cash.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
e8ee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 — VIP & Cashback Program

e8ee has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account. Regular and active participation on the platform is required to advance to a higher tier.

Acceptable Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Every user must follow the guidelines below to maintain a fair and safe environment.

5.1 — Permitted Conduct

Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
Placing bets freely from your own account.
Communicating with the support team in a polite and respectful manner.
Placing bets within the limits set by the platform.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

Abusing bonuses or making fraudulent bonus claims.
Attempting to influence game outcomes through software or artificial means.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
Threatening or harassing other users.

5.3 — Consequences of Violations

In the event of a breach of these Terms, e8ee reserves the right to take the following actions: issue a warning, temporarily suspend the account, permanently close the account, void bonuses and related winnings, and notify law enforcement where applicable.
